differences

For my second exploration i decided to do #11. Im suppose to collect mutiples of one object and i decided to do ten leaves in my front yard. But to get a variety with the little trees i have i decided to pick one up every ten steps i took. Then i laid them out in front of me and documented 25 things that were different about them, here is the list:
green
brown
long
fat
thin
short
torn
wet
dry
curved
straight
yellow
ragged edged
smooth edge
big
small
whole
shape
spots
solid
two-toned
soft
hard
eaten
can see vains better than others

  1. can you talk a little more about why you chose leaves? how did you feel when you were looking at these things so closely? can you look at them again and move beyond physical descriptions and make some associations? make sure to post visual verbal connections. take a look at brad's blog, he did the same problem and concluded with some connections.
